Therapeutic Bodywork Sessions

I offer healing bodywork sessions that are based in Thai Yoga Therapy and incorporate elements of reflexology, breathwork, and somatic therapeutic techniques to balance the energetic body, release fascial tension, and provide insight and relief for physical and emotional patterns of pain in the body.


What is Thai Yoga Therapy?

Thai Yoga Therapy is an ancient system of healing, developed as a folk practice in Thailand, and influenced by other systems of touch healing, yoga, and medicine. It is clothed practice, typically performed on a soft floor mat. The rhythmic, dance-like movement involves palming, thumbing, and yogic manipulation of the passive receiver's body. Through informed touch and fluid manipulation, these sessions help reveal the body’s capability for healthy movement and release the holding patterns created by everyday physical, mental, and emotional habits. Read more about my background.
